You will line manage a small team who support with these activities. In some cases, you will work directly with at-risk communities to develop materials which highlight potential trafficking risks and which signpost these communities to appropriate sources of advice and support. You will produce guidance and documentation, design and adapt training materials and deliver training to regional teams. Working on initiatives for a variety of international locations, you will monitor trends in trafficking activity, develop a clear understanding of the agencies working locally and work with National Societies to develop their response. Reporting to the Head of Anti-Trafficking, you will work with other International Directorate Advisors, Heads of Regions, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and the International Federation, to provide technical advice and guidance, allowing colleagues to respond to human trafficking.
